Unbelievably great. April is a life changing person. She cares so much about you personally it's hard to put into words. I met her just over a year ago wanting a change and boy did she change me. 66 pounds later I couldn't be happier. This is not a diet it's a life changing way to live life day to day. I wish I could give 10 stars. I 100% recommend.

When I first started I was at 141 lbs. In less than 3 months, I ended up losing 17 lbs in less than 2 months, and thanks for April for not only keeping me on track but also educating me as well between process food and whole foods.
